Design capabilities / certifications :

We have submitted prototype design of one size of Gate Valve for design appraisal to M/S. TUV India giving complete details of design calculations of all important components meeting design requirements for API 600 stem/ wedge connection and we have received appraised letter for the same. More designs are in the process of appraisal.

Testing Facilities :

We have unique testing facilities to test large number of valves of different types, size & pressure ratings. Flanged end valves are mounted one above other in a battery form with the help of overhead electric hoist of 5T capacity. All forged steel valves are mounted in a separate test rig 10 valves at a time.
Valves are pressured hydrostatically by separate booster pumps, Low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure capacities.
All booster pumps are connected to common control panel where pressure are set for seat & shell separately each for 150, 300, 600, 1500, 2500 class Pressure rating. This unique arrangement is automatic and very fast to test large no of valves. All calibrated pressure gauges are used for testing.


Cryogenic Testing Equipment.

Factory shop floor is equipped with adequate production machines like, lathe machines milling machines, shaping machines, drilling machines, Lapping machine, air compressor, welding rectifiers etc. All machines are selected to suit the production upto 30” NB gate valves.
Combined Submerged Arc welding machine is used for 13% cr deposition on seat surface of wedge & body seat rings and M.I.G Welding machine is used for seal welding seat rings to Body. This machine is equipped with automatic control panel for various operations like, table speed, wire feed, oscillation speed, current / volts setting, T.I.G welding arc welding for stellite seat deposition on seat surface .etc.


Handling Facilities:

5 T. overhead electric hoist covering entire area of shop floor for material movement on machine shop, Assembly & testing Shop.
Separate welding booths & Painting booths are provided outside shop floor area.
Separate space is provided to keep store’s items like gasket, fasteners, gland packing, hand wheels and other consumable items and proper records are maintained.


Facilities Outsourced :

Laboratory Facilities:Reputed Laboratories available nearby our factory, where samples are sent for chemical, physical IGC Test and proper records are maintained.

PMI Testing facility available.

N.D.T Facilities: For Radiography testing of castings we have tie up with reputed NDT services where R.T, MPT is conducted regularly.
1) We have all equipments & material required for degreasing and cleaning for valves manufactured for oxygen service. U.V. Lamp equipment used for checking any traces of grease on cleaned surface.
2) Ultrasonic thickness gauge portable model used to check shell thickness of casting & other items
3) Rockwell hardness testing machine used for checking hardness of bars and seat deposition.
