Quality Management
We have separate Q.C. team to maintain various Q.C. records like castings, inspection reports, Incoming material identification records, line inspection, Assembly / testing records and preparing documents for third party inspection. P.M.I machine is used for identification of material at incoming stage as well as final assembled condition, P.M.I test is witnessed by TPI for S.S & Alloy Steel Valves.
All Products are manufactured as per approved drawing and approved QAP.
Accrediations
Viton Engineers' Quality management system is approved by ISO 9001: 2015. We are also approved by Indian Boiler regulation (IBR) for supplying valves under IBR inspection.
